The Today I Feel Check-In Cards were born out of a simple but powerful idea: that checking in with ourselves and each other should be part of our everyday lives. In a world that moves fast and often asks us to “keep it together,” these cards invite us to slow down and ask, “How do I really feel today?”

This blog will be a space where we share stories, resources, and inspiration around emotional literacy, mindfulness, classroom tools, and creative ways to use the check-in cards in daily life. Whether it’s lesson plans, mental health tips, community spotlights, or free printables — we’re building a community rooted in empathy and expression.
